I was on my way out the door today when I happened to check my text messages. I’m glad I did; I was alerted to the fact that the Vietnam Veteran’s Association was coming by to pick up the donation pile from my entryway. I had set myself an e-mail reminder for yesterday morning, reminding me [...] In my last installment on my entryway project, I talked about assigning homes to all of the things that live there — coats, hats, sports equipment, shoes, dressy clothes, and cold-weather gear. Last Friday I packed up the books that I’m selling to Powell’s. I’m in the process of taking care of the [...] Having sorted my stuff, it’s time to assign homes to my stuff. The dress clothes and the jackets already have homes on the coat hooks and in the closet. That leaves me three more categories to store.
